Building a Healthy Credit History – A Financial Literacy Workshop

What a turnout! We loved to have everyone joining us in our first workshop, from parents to the youth. Credit scores and credit history play a prominent role in our financial health, especially in North America. Everything from home ownership to a phone plan is influenced by credit history.

Historically, immigrants and the minority have always been susceptible to poor understanding of credit scores and how it can impact their financial well-being. We wanted to change that by having an open conversation of how credit scores work, clarifying misconceptions and educating our audience with aid of our guest Sai Poguluru from YNCU.

We plan to host more workshops on financial literacy and cover more topics. Follow our Instagram for the latest updates!
